Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital coaching services provided by Seb Gabriele Coaching (UK). For questions, contact sebgabriele10@gmail.com.

1. Digital services and refunds

Coaching is a digital service delivered remotely. Once the coaching programme has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

2. What counts as “commenced”

The programme is considered commenced once you receive onboarding materials or your first coaching deliverables (for example, a training plan), or once the first scheduled coaching period begins.

3. Subscriptions and cancellations

You may cancel your subscription before the next billing date to prevent further charges.
No refunds are provided for unused time within an active billing period.

4. Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If the service is not delivered as agreed, you may be entitled to appropriate remedies.
